Good afternoon! The question arose of how to increase the lifetime of goods in the Comparison Table. Now the user adds products for comparison and they live for about half an hour.
I increased the session time session.gc_maxlifetime and session.cookie_lifetime to a day in .htaccess, but the first time the goods lived in the table for an hour, then the time increased to two hours, but in any case, if I added goods to the table in the evening, they are there in the morning there was no more and they could not stand the day.

What could be the problem and maybe there are other ways to increase the life of the items in the Comparison Table?

There is one more point. Products disappear earlier if there was no activity on the page. Those. if I opened a tab, added a product and left, it would disappear in half an hour. How to deal with it?
