How to send an email from a business process?

Emails are not sent from the business process. Tried both direct sending and through the messaging system. You can only select one template. Tell me what could be the problem?
I tried to send a letter both indicating myself (so that it would be sent to the mail indicated on my page) and indicating Google mail.
