First question: What's wrong with the layout?

Now it looks dirty, the font is too big and again there is no air.
In general, the customer's logo clearly gives you a hint that you need to draw something with such lines, maybe against the background, it can separate pieces of information from each other with such lines.

Now the site looks even worse. Have you studied design at all? Have you read books?
Very tight, disproportionate. There is no alignment logic, it looks like you are doing a presentation in power point at school. I do not envy your customer, to be honest.
Remove the arrows on the sides, see what any corporate site looks like! Any, and make it look like. And it will be much better than your surge of inspiration multiplied by an absolute misunderstanding of the principles of layout.
