I had the same problem, I also thought about the video card. The reality turned out to be more prosaic, the cable to the matrix was bent in production. Separately, the cable was not changed, it was changed under warranty along with the matrix. I took it to deepapple for repairs near Belorusskaya. With me, they put a cable from iMac27 on my 21 and sent me home to wait for a matrix with a new cable. It was about two years ago.
