In the evening I turned off the PC, everything was fine, in the morning I turned it on and saw such beauty on the monitor. Dark, or rather regular color, frame around the edges, and a faded center.
I connected the monitor to another PC (laptop), the same problem.
Tell me, what could be the reason?

The monitor backlight lamps are dead or the throttle is covered. Changes for one or two in any service center.
