How to make Secure Erase on SSD to enable Encryption Drive if bootable flash drive created by Samsung Magician for erase is not seen by BIOS?

Who enabled the Encryption Drive hardware encryption via Samsung Magician?
I installed Samsung 970 Evo Plus, installed Samsung Magician, it asks to do secure erase to enable Encryption Drive. Creates a flash drive for secure erase, but it's not in the Boot Menu (Dell 7400).
I tried everything, unchecked the UEFI BIOS, disabled Security Boot .... nothing helps ....
I don’t understand how the hell to boot from this flash drive ... I poked all day, tried to make a flash drive through rufus, nothing happened ... 1.
Am I the only one with this problem? There is a solution? Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place in the BIOS?
Other flash drives are bootable.
2. Can make Secure Erase different software?
Will the disk understand that it needs to be encrypted after cleaning with third-party software?
Magician already sent him a signal to the chip?

. Can make Secure Erase a different software?

Yes, it's built into the ATA standard. It is possible through Victoria, it is possible through some Linux LiveCD through gnome-disks.
But I would use VeraCrypt, for example, he knows how to encrypted partitions, you can store the CPU and bookmarks without too much jitters.
