What's wrong with a resume?

Graduated from college and started looking for a job.
The following problems have occurred:

  • What to write in a resume about yourself? Template phrases like I learn quickly, analytical mindset, as for me, not very good.
  • Is it necessary to list everything in skills? For example, half a year ago I looked at what GraphQL is, made a list on it, or I started with Java and I have a little experience with OOP, should I write about it?
  • I made a kind of portfolio, again, is it really worth writing about projects that I rewrote from courses or made just to look at the technology.
  • Of course there is a portfolio, but no one visits it. I left a link in my resume to my portfolio, but no one visits it.
  • They look through the resume and immediately receive a refusal, a standard mailing list, like "Thank you very much for your interest in the vacancy, blah..blah..blah"

At the moment, the summary looks like this, if you tell me what to fix, I will be grateful.

You have a small technology stack. Where is php? Supporting companies have a lot of projects on it, which are done and work, but periodically need to be finalized. In the corporate segment, C# (Asp.NET) is very popular because of the ease of domain integration. In general, what is on your resume is not entirely relevant for working on old projects that already bring a stable income.
