Since September 2016, I have been studying html, css, there have been attempts to learn js, but I just can’t get off the ground. Until now, when laying out templates, there are very often moments when I don’t know how to lay out some part. And yet, when something doesn’t work out, you want to quit everything, although it quickly passes. I studied html, css on codeacademy.com, htmlbook.ru, according to the book html&css jon ducket. Can you help somehow? Can someone become a mentor?

All with experience, nothing else.
Do not what is in the lessons, not the same type of nonsense according to the template, but what you do not know how to do.
Complex grids, interactive sites and all that. You go in, you see a cool site, you go and try the same.
Repeat n-times until you drive more or less.
Be sure to figure out with CSS preprocessors, the Emmet plugin, you will save a lot of time during layout.
Then you yourself will understand where to dig further :)
