What's with the weird sound fading issue in Windows 7?

There is a strange problem with the loss of sound in Windows 7, after waking up from sleep, in browsers, the foobar2000 player.
Through experimentation, I found that when you switch the format from one to another

, the sound returns! Maybe it's some kind of priority? Firewood, flash deleted, updated, does not help.

And sometimes when you click on Check it says - The sound could not be played.

When there is no sound, look at the status of the Windows Audio service. Has it been stopped by any chance?
