How to play on LAN?

Hi everyone.
There is a Titan Quest game. The firewall and antivirus are disabled, but if someone creates a server, I can see it. If I create - I do not see. Wafer connection. Everything works on the wire, but the wire is not an option, since I'm playing with a neighbor, and it's stupid to pull the wire through the window.
How can you track down what exactly is blocking packets?
The subnet is the same - that vayfay, that by wire.

It can be assumed that the router has some kind of filter for wi-fi at the application level, but if the hardware is home and budget, then this is unlikely.
It's easy to check, google the used ports with a game on the Internet, then check both ways with a port scanner, for example nmap.
As your diagnostics shows, the problem is in the wi-fi module, or in the pools of distributed addresses, or in the firewall embedded in the router, or in the software on the computer, which behaves differently in cases with LAN and WAN connections.
