Open file sessions over network?

Good day, colleagues!
There is such a utility in Windows as openfiles, which allows you to locally and remotely request a list of files open over the network. But here's the problem, when connecting to a remote machine, the list of files is issued only in the context of the connecting user.
Is it even possible to get a list of ALL open files on a remote machine?
