What's with the creepy line?

I just can’t understand what kind of dark line appears in some places of the picture that I drew in illustrator and saved in png. When I paste in Photoshop and when scaling an object, the more I reduce it, the more noticeable the lines. I have come across this many times. Can this be fixed somehow?

These are save modes, I think. Try playing around with the zoom settings. There are bicubic different modes. Maybe you have "clear"?

Maybe you just used a gradient? or I did not understand the essence of the question.
