What's up with photoshop?

I was working with photoshop and the light was turned off abruptly, after that photoshop does not work correctly. Artifacts appear when you create or open a file. I put a new fsh, already interrupted the windu. Has anyone encountered this? PS artifacts are not visible on the screen

Disable hardware acceleration in Photoshop.

The video card has been covered by anyone, try to open other heavy applications and games.
