What's the problem with the monitor?

After moving, after some time, these two bands appeared on the monitor, as I understand it, these are problems with the matrix?
Does it make sense to give it in for repair and how much will it cost approximately?
Or is it easier to buy used for ~ 4500

1. Disassemble the monitor, check if there are any defective electrolytic capacitors. For example, on dell monitors, it was the conders that gave such stripes on the matrix. After soldering the capacitors to serviceable ones, the monitor must be reset to factory settings (reset option in the monitor menu)
2. Clean the matrix cable from oxides - a detailed cleaning video decoder If these options did not help, then it is easier and cheaper to buy a used, working monitor.

It looks like a falling matrix cable. Try reconnecting the matrix connector(s) yourself.
