What's the problem with displaying the site?

Hello! After switching to windows10, installed virtualbox+vagrant again and ran vagrant up . It seems that everything started without errors "Process finished with exit code 0". But for some reason the site is not displayed, I don’t see new entries in the logs, what could be the problem, where to dig?
