What's the difference between Windows ADK and WAIK?

Correct if not.
Composition includes WAIK:

  • ImageX
  • DISM
  • USMT
  • VAMT
  • winpe
  • Windows SIM

Composition includes Windows ADK:
  • DISM
  • USMT
  • VAMT
  • winpe
  • Windows SIM
  • sysprep
  • Win SQL Express

In fact, both kits include the same tools and, in fact, solve one problem - to deploy the Windows environment on the AWP, why are there two of these tools: do they have any different methods or are there any narrowly focused goals?
In general, I want to understand what for what and why.

The ADK is the Windows Test, Evaluation, and Deployment Kit.
