How to find out what keeps the laptop from sleeping?

problem: prevents sending PC to sleep after connecting another computer to laptop (shared access)

An active remote client has recently sent requests to this computer.

Have to reboot for this problem to disappear

Network settings, services, etc. everything is identical to other PCs at home.
Only those fall asleep, but for some reason this one does not.
What program can you see what kind of animal is hiding?
