What's the best way to share large files with China?

Welcome all!
At work, they asked the following task: we need to drive large amounts of data from China to our servers, and vice versa. The Chinese are drowning for their Baidu Cloud service, but downloading 20 gigs at a speed of 10-15kb / s is such entertainment.
In principle, there is such a cool thing as AWS S3 from Amazon, but they don’t have ABC in China, so I don’t want to spend money and change the awl for soap.
