Faced the task of quickly transferring files over the Internet to the European Union. File size 200GB. It is necessary to transfer 2-4 files per day to different clients. Suggest a solution.

What we tried:
SFTP - it strongly depends on the provider (is there a normal connection with our data center)
Aspera data transfer - well, very expensive
CDN - it takes a long time to wait for replication, and the files are all different
