This is a page with the full news. Instead of making links in the text (texts are not large, up to 1200 characters), I want to implement a noticeable, attractive blog with tags, in which there will be 1-2 links.
Of the minuses - always the same anchor and, perhaps, less natural from the PS side (such as 1-2 links in a row not surrounded by text).
Pluses - are added automatically and in my opinion this option will be more clickable.
And how bad it is that one of these links in the block with tags will intersect with the one in the breadcrumbs (the anchors are different, the links are the same).

- the block "at the same time they also read" (well, or "they watched along with this product"));
- relinking in the text of the page.
In my opinion, all three points have the right to exist within a separate page.Although
the second point, which, in fact, is discussed in your question, somehow it is more customary to make it dynamic.
