What's the best way to deal with bourgeois, perhaps Elance?

In general, the essence of the problem is this. There is a client over the hill, the amount is not large - a couple of thousand euros, but the client wants everything officially, I myself have not officially registered, or rather there is an LLC, but there are other services. I have an account on elance, but it has never been used for work, and I don’t know how to withdraw money from it if, for example, you are just a private person and is it possible? Or does it have to be an individual entrepreneur or LLC? in general, if anyone has come across, tell me, otherwise a few more clients are planned over the hill, and it’s clear that everything needs to be officially registered, but at the moment there is what it is, but I don’t want to lose a client because of this.
ps: do not kick Google and Yandex looked, there is a lot of water, nothing specific ...

Use elance if the customer is happy with it. He will receive all official documents (at least - invoice) from elance. You will withdraw the received money to paypal - and then to the account in rubles. You can use payoneer if you issued a card, otherwise you will have to wait longer. This is for individuals, nothing else is needed.
Officially, at the expense of an individual entrepreneur or LLC, you better not even try for the sake of just 2k euros. At your leisure, read about foreign economic activity, currency control, transaction passports and everything else. Even for the sake of 30-40k a year, people do not dare to bother with this.
