How to add a foreign account different from the address of residence?

Good afternoon, I received a response from upport support that it is not possible to withdraw money to a foreign account in a different country than the one entered in the profile.
Who solved this issue?

You can choose Payoneer as your payment method on Upwork. After receiving funds to your Payoneer account, you can set up a withdrawal to a bank account, even if the account country is different from your country of residence.

Before I learned about svg, I did the following - I created a and put a bunch of divs of the right sizes and different shapes in it, then positioned them. But for me it was not a big problem, I managed it in 15 minutes, but here svg is really better.
