What's going on with the folders?

Good day! I ran into another problem, this time I don’t understand why folders are displayed incorrectly on OS X, have an incomprehensible extension? The photo shows regular folders that contain music and other files. By the way, on Windows, these folders are displayed as shortcuts and the antivirus sees them as "viruses", but at least they can be opened than on OS X. What is the problem and how to fix it? Thank you! )))

The fact is that these are really viruses.
In fact, this is an ordinary shortcut that transfers control to the virus, and the virus launches the desired application or opens the folder.
It's on Windows.
On OS X, the virus won't run and won't open the folder, so nothing works.
Exit - do not use shortcuts that launch a virus.
Just open the folders you need.
By the way, the folders are in the same directory as the shortcuts, only they have a hidden mode, and you do not see them.
Turn on the display of system and hidden files and you will see them.
You can safely delete labels.

These are shortcuts to Windows executable files.
