Problem with Brackets on MacOS. How to decide?

I put Brackets on my makos ... so I looked and got used to doing minor CSS / HTML edits in it.
But here, at the next launch, a window with an error flies out, after clicking on OK, the editor seems to start - but everything inside remains inactive (that is, it is displayed , but it does not click at all)

Uninstall Brackets and everything connected with it through applications like CleanMyMac or MacClean, it may even be worth restarting the computer, downloading the .dmg file again from the site and installing it.
You had an error while deleting the subject of the file, the error is somewhere in the cache. Try to clean the path /Users/.../Brackets
