What's going on with Macbook pro 15 2017?

Yet such an artifact was seen 3 times on the whole screen, but they also left either on their own, or when I just close and open the lid of the laptop.
I called Apple tech support, they said to reset the nvram. reset didn't help. They never had this problem with these models. can anyone tell me what?

a similar problem was on a macmini with video radeon, after a while the chip died, it worked only at low resolution.
