Which MacBook to get for a front end developer?
Good day)
I have a question Should I buy a MacBook Pro 16 on a core i9 or take an M1?
I am doing frontend development js/react/vue/Php/python. Budget up to ~2000
Which Mac do you recommend? There are people who have a long history of using the M1.
I really need your help with the definition)
Is it worth taking the MacBook Air, I doubt it because of the passive cooling it will not last long.
Mac book pro 13 8/512 ~ 1450 | 16/256 - 1700 | 16/512 - 1900
MacBook Pro 14 16/512 ~ 2150 (this is an expensive option for me)
Is it worth taking the MP 16 i9 costs ~ 2450 or it doesn't make sense

Friends, Explain to me why the Front developer needs top prots?
Is the IDE slow? or in Core i7 / Core i5 there is little prestige?
If you need to have a local test bench, then you need a RAM.
But IMHO it is more convenient to have a dual-monitor workstation and a development landscape in the cloud or on a separate server.
in my opinion , in terms of processor and SSD, the requirements are unnecessary even for an analyst who will locally spin dashboards on PowerBI / Tableau
. And 16 GB of RAM is not enough.
24 or 32 GB, so as not to notice the running
virtual machine and two HDMI or HDMI + miniDP outputs, so that the laptop can become the basis for a two-monitor station.
PS I saw how they dig into shell scripts, CSS, logs or X ++ code on their knees on a 12" laptop and even on a 7" tablet. But I do not recommend considering it as a permanent mode of operation. If you do not get distracted by the cat and Netflix, then at a normal work desk you will earn more than with a cup of latte in a coffee shop.
