For no reason at all in the menu on the left, the column became 100% height. Moreover, this parameter is in the CSS in the nextend cache. How to remove height: 100% from there?

Have you tried clearing the cache?
Go to the admin panel
Then System -> clear obsolete cache -> select all or delete the cache of the module you need...
