Share my concern about GAE. In the middle of today, terrible brakes and failures began. Judging by the official status for a Java application, it is observed - Anomaly .

And the situation is getting worse every hour, applications on Go are already falling off.
Perhaps this is due to new quotas and monetization rules? For the situation is really anomalous - see the figure below.
Since Monday, I have enough free quota for half a day of the application, when there was no end before.

1. Don't panic. Everything is fine. According to the schedule, the problems were less than an hour. My Python applications are working fine.
2. New pricing policy and limits were announced ahead of time. There shouldn't be any surprises here.
PS. Yes, they went into effect yesterday.
