What resolution are you using on your MacBook Pro Retina 13"?

In the monitor settings there is a scaling item and there:
1) Best for monitor (Retina) - (looks like 1280).
and other items:
2) 1024 (larger text)
3) 1440 (more space)
4) 1680 (even more space)
Which one do you use?
It was more convenient for me to use 1440 or 1680 in general, but some of the animations at this resolution are frankly rendered frame by frame.
What permissions are being used? Interesting statistics, at least from a dozen poppy drives.

I use 2560×1600, it is point 1. Does it make sense to take a beech with a retina and sit at a lower resolution?

A little offtopic /
There was a choice of either PRO 13 "or air, the devil pulled to take air. Wildly pixelated in my opinion, I thought I'd get used to it, but something doesn't work. I
plan to hand over air and take Pro
I'll ask the owners if such a trick is worth it
Yes, and somehow everything is small on the air, but tolerable, and on the retina it will not be necessary to look at all through a magnifying glass?) Or
even leave the air ..
Thank you for the opinions left, sorry for the off)

@orander

There was a choice of either PRO'shku 13 "or air,

Had a similar problem, but chose PRO. I don't regret it. The difference is 1 mm thickness and 200 grams of weight, but the performance is higher. Resolution 2560×1600. There is no point in changing it.
