What requirements management systems can you recommend?

Good afternoon. What requirements management systems can you recommend? Interested in the following features:

  1. Maintaining requirements and their attributes (requirement type, status, priority, author, creation date, etc.) and it is highly desirable to be able to add your attributes both in the form of regular fields and directories. Requirements are maintained hierarchically
  2. Requirement change history showing who made changes and when
  3. List of on-demand questions with their attributes (who created, when, what answer, who wrote the answer, etc.)
  4. Trace requirements with multiple types of relationships.
  5. Ability to attach (draw?) schemas/files to requirements
  6. The ability to generate requirements based on the embedded domain model
  7. The ability to check requirements for completeness based on the embedded domain model
  8. The ability to describe additional checks (for example, for inconsistency of directory positions, checking for compliance with the maximum field length, etc.)
  9. Ability to build custom reports on requirements (How many requirements were met in the current month, etc.)
  10. The ability to generate output documents with requirements according to the template, taking into account sorting (for example, upload all completed requirements as a report, upload approved requirements as tasks, upload new requirements as an agenda, etc.)

Thanks in advance.

@kiru

A bunch of systems:
Jira (requirements management) + Confluence (Wiki) + Interprise Architector ("drawing" - requirements generation)
