Is it possible to track the statistics of account messages in telegram?

I work for a small company. Previously, statistics on the activities of managers have never been collected. Now we think that we are already quite serious and we need to deal with it. There are three main channels: telegram, email, calls. With calls and e-mail more or less sorted out. But it seems impossible to get statistics of correspondence in telegrams, even the most banal (incoming, outgoing, number of dialogues). Do you know of any ways/services to do this?
I would also be very grateful if you share information on how statistics are collected for managers in normal, well-thought-out companies. So far I don’t even know which way to dig and what keywords to use.
