How to track the following user behavior?

Hello.
It is necessary to track the following:
A user comes to my site, say from a search engine, looks at it.
Then he looks for information about my site on the Internet (reviews).
He reads info on some site, then follows the link to me and registers.
This should count as one goal.
What is the best service to use? Can GA or Metrica help with this?

@IgorMann

Why is it so difficult?
In GA, in general, you can see the paths of users who made the target action

The metric won't let you do that. For such complex actions, compound goals are used there , but they take into account the steps performed during one visit to the site and in a given sequence.
Plus, there is this clause: "If, during the process of completing the steps of the sequence, the visitor leaves the site for more than 30 minutes, and upon returning, continues from the point of stop, he is not considered to have completed the composite goal." That is, Metrica will not be able to find out what the user did during these 30 minutes (you need a specific action - viewing information about your service), and if he was absent for more than 30 minutes, then the goal will not be fulfilled at all.

You can try to implement it like this. Depending on the source (determined by utm-tag), add a specific cookie to the user with a validity period of 24 hours, for example. Then, on the next visit of the user, depending on whether he has this cookie or not, send the user parameter to GA. And then watch the conversion by segment: your user parameter + some kind of referral.
You will need GA, GTM and small scripts.
