Can google block an API?
Hello. The problem is this, I used the Google Analytics Reporting API and the Google Search Console API, I made 100 requests a day, maybe a little more, last night something went wrong, I try to load a page where it gives an API response for the project and the page takes a long time to load, and then it returns 504 , I thought maybe the IP was blocked, I tried it through the VPN too, nothing, there are (very many) quotas!, the search engine works fine, but the API does not want to work. Does anyone know what could be the reason?, has anyone had a similar situation?

there are quotas of 100 million, you yourself understand that you won’t get them,
but the quota per second from one IP to one USER is not enough (I don’t remember, it seems 10 requests in 3 seconds or something like that)
exit - do from different USERS
user - this is not an account, it's just a parameter that you pass with the request,
see the section about limits in the documentation there
