What repository can be used instead of packages.sury.org/php/?

Hello.

Can't update php from deb https://packages.sury.org/php/ stretch main
Tried last week Failed to fetch https://packages.sury.org/php/dists/stretch/InRelease
Thought it was a problem with communication, postponed for today, again the same problem.

What could be the problem? I asked my colleagues, they quietly updated from packages.sury.org
Which repository can be used in place of packages.sury.org/php/ ? In Google, all the articles I use packages.sury.org/php to update, I did not find an analogue.

This can happen if the specified site is blocked, for example, by the RKN or the provider, which is not surprising in Russia. Checked by http request to the specified site and ping. If there is no access, then at least adjust apt - the problem will not be solved.

As it turns out, the old Debian distributions were removed there, and it's not clear where to get the mirror now.
So far I'm surviving like this: https://bitnami.com/stack/lapp/installer
