Reverse zone delegation less than 24?

The task is to delegate DNS from 172.16/12 to several subcategories /20
Materials on how to do classless cname delegation for networks larger than 24 is enough (and
easy ) books/dns/ch8/dname.html
Actually the question is how the zone bind file for 17.172.in-addr.arpa will look like. when delegating 172.17.96.0/20

In general, for networks shorter than /24, you can also create domain records for each /24 directly in RIPE, which will turn into full-fledged zones (or delegate from the NS zone of the owner n, if /16 or shorter is delegated to him), without playing with c / dname. To be honest, I do not really understand why they are needed.

96.17.172.in-addr.arpa. IN NS ns1.client.com
97.17.172.in-addr.arpa. IN NS ns1.client.com
98.17.172.in-addr.arpa. IN NS ns1.client.com
...
111.17.172.in-addr.arpa. IN NS ns1.client.com

and for the client, similarly, start a zone for each /24
