What questions should a programmer ask for an interview with an employer (link)?

Somewhere on the net I found a similar question, I forgot to save myself a link to it, now I'm looking for it.
Maybe someone knows?

If you are HR, then my answer will not be useful to you.
But if you are actively looking for a job now, then listen to smart people what to ask in an interview:

Ask questions that interest you, and not the ephemeral Uncle Vasya.
PS
Practice shows (mine personally) that the cleaner the toilet, the more adequate the employer. Because "devastation is not in the closets, but in the heads," even if the cleaning lady is removed. Well, it certainly works not only for programmers.
And of course this does not exclude technical issues.

If the progers are divided into 3 categories:
* the performer - he is pleased with the result, as quickly as possible, and even there the grass does not grow.
* geek - he enjoys the process of getting to know new fashionable things.
* puzzler - he is also pleased with the process, but solving complex logical problems.
What kind of person are you looking for?
