I don't know exactly about LDAP, but you described SugarCRM - it can do everything you need.
Plus, it has another fat plus - it is very common, and therefore, accordingly, there is at least documentation for it (including in Russian), and at the maximum - a lot of it ... + communities are different, etc. etc.

About "free": if you take a free one, be prepared to take a programmer who will be a "file" to modify CRM for you. SugarCRM, for example.
