What questions are asked during an interview with HR in English?

Hello.
Recently I left a response to the position of junior java developer in an international company (response to the office in the Russian Federation) and I was offered a telephone interview with HR (girl) in English in a week.
My questions are: what can be asked at such interviews, are there any topics in English on such things, how to prepare for such an interview? Is there a list of questions / answers in such cases?

I am now going through various interviews for the position of a tester. Usually they asked 1-2 questions, rather, to understand how you generally behave in such situations. The questions were as follows:
1) Why do you want to change jobs? (twice)
2) Why is testing attractive? (twice)
3) Where do you see yourself in the company in 3 years?
4) Discuss with the technical specialist methods of testing certain functionalities.
The latter was the most difficult and, as it seemed to me, there I screwed up the most, but it was from there that I eventually received a job offer. This I mean that the main thing is not to get lost and not to be silent, because even not the highest level may well suit the employer.
