What puts iredmail nginx or apache?

Delivered iredmail from packages. When choosing nginx/apache, I chose nginx. Everything is up and running. But then apache started to crash. As I understand it, both nginx and aapache were immediately installed on the server. And they obviously interfere with each other. They occupy ports 80 and 443 (apache outweighed by 8080). But I can’t understand what to do with 443. And why nginx and apache were installed immediately, I don’t understand either. If anyone has dealt with this, please clarify.

I see that Nginx support appeared in the latest release, which means it's either a crook or you did something crooked.
If there are no configs in the folder with Nginx, delete Nginx, otherwise configure reverse proxy on Apache2 to the required domains/paths, and hang Apache2 itself on any other ports.
