Project management

What project management and human resource tracking tool would you recommend for a web studio?

Situation: we are a web studio that runs several projects in parallel, a team of current employees (up to 50 people) is assembled for each project. We conduct projects in Teamwork, which basically suits us.

We faced such a problem: in order to find out which of the developers will be released, you have to write to the chat and coordinate with other managers. We need one pivot table in which we will see who is busy on what project and when it will be free.

What we have already tried: Planning in Jira is not suitable, because we do not need to set hours for each in great detail. +In Jira, for each project, you need to set up admin access in Tempo, which is time consuming.

It should look something like this:

It would be cool to have everything in one place: I created a project, set deadlines, assigned a responsible person, and then in a free table you can see which of the developers is free. Or make a reservation ahead of time.

I would be glad if you share your experience or advise a service for project management and planning.

Check out Airtables, they have a typical use-case.

How do you imagine forecasting? The developer himself does not know when he will be released.
Make conditional statuses and let them assign them to themselves. For example, he passed everything and is waiting for a job. Those. can take small jobs.
