I am looking for various items to buy on the secondary market - to save money.

The usual algorithm of actions:

The main disadvantages are waste of time and routine.

I am looking for a program or service to automate search with filters, it can be adequately paid one-time or up to 30 euros per month.

There are such programs. They are called parsers in the common people. There are a lot of them, there are for different tasks, but there is definitely no such thing to be specifically universal for your task.
You can buy a program like datacol and the like. There are also browser parsers in the form of extensions. And then customize them for the desired sites. If there are a lot of sites, then you are tormented to maintain them in working condition, since usually there are changes in the code on working sites and after such changes it will be necessary to make changes to the programs.
