What programs do you recommend for ssd backup?

Backup

There are 2 disks. SSD with the system and hdd in place of the drive. I understand that you need to make a backup From the disk, but I have not come across this before. Advise the right programs to help, only such that then they only add something new and not only the system and all installed programs.

Weird question.
Conventional backup systems - it makes no difference where you have your files, on the SSD or on the HDD.
For example, a standard archiving system, acronis, a self-written script.
