What program would you recommend for building network diagrams?

Interested in a program for constructing schemes of networks of industrial / corporate level. It is important that the circuit icons look the way they are usually designated. For example, the router icon should be with arrows, etc.
Visio is an option, but the icon set is too narrow. Is there a specialized program specifically for creating diagrams of medium and large networks?
Both options are suitable - both free and paid.
