Is there such a program for PC?

Is there such a program in which you can create electrical / micro circuits (run them) and simulate (along with the circuit) and also run them.
That is, create an electrical / micro circuit "throw" it into a 3D model and run it.
Thanks in advance

There are a lot of programs for modeling circuits. Some are very specialized, for example, for simulating RF circuits, etc. Many are quite expensive, but there are also freeware, in particular online. You can google for circuit simulator.
You just need to prepare for the fact that each of them has many limitations, and in order to understand them, you need to have a lot of knowledge in electronics.
Well, they have nothing to do with 3d modeling.
Usually you draw a circuit, arrange virtual sensors and you can use them to get data about the operation of the circuit.

There is a whole class of programs for circuit simulation.
For example OrCAD

For starters, you can play around with ShenZhen I/O .

I use Multisim a very accurate program once I tested it I assembled a circuit in Multisim and assembled the circuit in real life I measured the voltage between the collector and emitter the difference turned out to be only 20 millivolts Multisim output very accurate software
there are also qucs and proteus
