What program (windows) to quickly cut / glue the video?

Interested in a quick-to-learn program for cutting / gluing videos. It would be better if a portable version is easy to learn and does not weigh hundreds/thousands of megabytes.

Use Boilsoft Video splitter and Video Joiner - apart from gluing and slicing (they don't use recompression - for this "+") they can't do anything, that's why they have 3 buttons :)
That's why they cut and glue on the fly.
I downloaded from rutracker - but it seems, but I have something in the cloud

VSDC Video Editor - sensible and free for such purposes
Movavi seems to be also free for a month
Both for Windows
