Why doesn't openCL work in Vegas Pro 12?

not relevant, close.
Here are the settings for Vegas itself and the render preset.

But, judging by the monitoring programs, only the processor is still used, and the video card is idle. When starting the render, I noticed an increase in the frequency of gpu and memory to the maximum frequencies, but after 2 seconds it resets to idle frequencies. At the same time, the temperature of the card jumps from 35 to 40 degrees, but also for 2 seconds.
Question: what am I doing wrong and how to get gpu to work in vegas?

@kykyryky

Is OpenCL installed? Fresh? Is the video driver up to date?
Well, Vegas is not fresh.
By analogy with Photoshop - when support for computing on video cards first appeared, the first versions of Photoshop did not support all video cards.
Update everything.
