What program to write stream 34567 from an IP camera?

I tried a bunch of so-called CMS supplied with Chinese IP cameras and could not find a normally and correctly working one that starts as a service and does not crash in any incomprehensible situation.
There is no way to change cameras, now rtsp stream is written via ffmpeg, with a large number of cameras it is not very convenient.
Is there a free software option with recording stream 34567 from Chinese cameras.
