Which intercom to choose?
The customer asks to install 4 cameras and an intercom in a private house. During the construction of the house, an electrician led to the points where the cameras should be two cables each - twisted pair and RG 6. I plan to install HDTVI cameras and use twisted pair for power. But it is fraught with the fact that it is not clear what quality the coaxial cable is and how competently it was laid, whether there will be interference when connecting AHD|HDTVI cameras.
Also, the client asks to install a video intercom, here I have no experience. The budget for the intercom (door panel + intercom + cable) is 5 thousand. What can you advise from the kits?

So. Intercom connection is no more complicated than a camera. Check it out if you've already connected.
If you undertake to install, then be sure to go through all the cable routes so that there are no intersections or proximity to electrical wiring, lamps, etc. Here you can get the wildest hemorrhoids.
If the coaxial cable is bad, then it is better to use twisted pair for both power and signal. If there is interference, you will have to buy additional equipment, ground it, etc.
The intercom kit, as usual, is of worse quality than if everything is taken separately. It is desirable to take the equipment of one company.
Because I am not guided by the prices of Ukraine - give a link to an online store or selected intercoms that you are looking at. I recommend the best quality.
Well, if you only need an intercom, then maybe you invested in 4 thousand, and if, as a person, you need a set, then it will probably come out more expensive. We recently ordered a good set of color video intercom http://vektor-video.ru/domofony , then it cost us about 8 thousand. But I repeat, we took high-quality and good. In general, take a look, there prices are different and you can choose a set at your discretion or buy separately)
