On which camera to organize external autonomous video surveillance?

Good afternoon!

I am looking for a solution to organize external autonomous video surveillance with broadcast on YouTube.
Ideally, this should be a camera with 4G, a solar panel and the ability to upload to YouTube via RTSP.
Something does not work out to find a camera so that it is all in one.
Has anyone done similar?

Usually solar-powered cameras are purely cloudy and do not have RTSP. So it has to be pieced together. Modem + router + camera + solar battery with battery and controller.

Reolink go with their own solar battery and SIM card (tariff "for a laptop") set whether the solar battery was enough, I don't know, I lost contact with the client. Whether this particular model has rtsp, I don’t know either. I took it to Ali in their office store. VKM, probably, you will need a corporate SIM card with a static ip, MTS has such.
