What program to choose for remote access to a PC?
There is a PC with windows 8.1 and a gray dynamic ip (it is impossible to open ports due to the nat provider, white ip is expensive)
It would be possible to use TeamViewer, but you need to get access so that the PC is blocked during remote access (as in rdp)
What program maybe this?

Teamviewer can at least show the login screen if you install it as a service or use Teamviewer Host. Perhaps it will work in combination with the TSFree patch.
I do this (I go to the working server from home):
also a gray IP and if there is a change (usually due to network failures, electricity, etc.) then I go to the slave computer through Teamviewer (I wake it up first), I change the IP in Kerio to a new one
later I already go to the server via rdp and work
